**Terms and Conditions**
1. Event Details
* **Date: 22nd March 2025
* **Time: 18:30 Doors Open, 22:30 (Approx. End Time)
* **Location: St Jude's Parish Community Centre, 51 George St, Scoresby, Melbourne
**2. Participation**
* **Team Size:* up to 10 Seats per table
* **Entry Fee:** $40 single seat, $350 per table (Exclude Early Bird prices)
* **Age Restrictions: 18+
**3. Rules and Regulations**
* **Fair Play:** Participants agree to abide by the rules of fair play and sportsmanship.
* **Decision of the Judges:** The decisions of the judges or organizers are final.
* **No Disruptive Behavior:** Participants agree to refrain from any disruptive or offensive behavior.
* **Prize Eligibility:** Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* **Liability Waiver:** Participants assume all risks associated with attending the event, including but not limited to injury or loss of property.
**4. Alcohol Consumption**
* **Responsible Drinking:** Participants must consume alcohol responsibly and in accordance with local laws.
* **Intoxicated Participants:** Organizers reserve the right to refuse service or remove intoxicated individuals from the event.
**5. Event Cancellation**
* **Event Cancellation:** In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event.
* **Refund Policy: No Refunds, Unfortunately we can cannot provide refunds, If you are not able to attend, the ticket will be forfeited as a donation to the cause
**6. Privacy Policy**
* **Personal Information:** Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties.

Please see the check-in staff before you enter the venue. (Entry will be denied if you do not have your ticket)
BYO Rules - yes this is on a private property with a Alcohol Licence, however we act under the Responsible Service of Alcohol, which means, bring a responsible amount so that you can enjoy yourself and others can enjoy their environment.

Mini Games: There will be a few mini games in-between that rounds of trivia, So you will need to bring some loose change, (Gold coins) we do have an option to purchase game tokens, for credit card holders (Please avoid large notes as we wont have change)
Some round will have a buy in option,
You will receive free entry to the mini games (Excludes Coin Toss) if you lose the first round you will be able to buy back into the game but the stake raises, starting from $2. (Depending on the time buy in will be capped or closed) more information about the game will be available on the night
