Move4MSA

"Move for MSA" (Move4MSA) is a nationwide and Global fundraising initiative of National MSA Research, bringing together Australians from all walks of life to support those affected by Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Whether you choose to walk, run, cycle, Dance, swim or take on your own unique challenge, every movement helps raise awareness and vital funds for MSA research.

Move for MSA, First launched in 2016 with the iconic MSA Shoe — featured in Motown, on a Detroit billboard, and alongside Queen of the Blues, Thornetta Davis — Move for MSA quickly grew beyond a single campaign.

MSA is a rare and progressive neurological disease that impacts thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Through Move4MSA, communities, workplaces, schools, sporting clubs, and individuals can unite to make a meaningful difference. Funds raised help support National MSA Research's mission to advance scientific research, improve understanding of the disease, and work towards better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.

By participating in Move4MSA, you are not only raising funds—you are helping to shine a light on a disease that remains largely unknown, providing hope to Australian families living with MSA, and showing them they are not alone. Every step taken, every kilometre completed, and every dollar raised brings us closer to a future free from MSA.
